Notorious vdc

why your projects needs

The use of Virtual Design and Construction on projects is no longer a luxury, but a vital part of the building process.

Our company is not named Notorious VDC because we play it safe. We dive full force into your project to give you real results, increasing your cost-savings, accelerating your schedule, and proactively working out every issue you didn’t know existed.

Maybe your MDP is located directly above a shallow footing. Maybe your plumbing fixtures sit directly above a beam. Maybe your wall penetrations are conflicting with the rebar. Maybe your cable tray and VAV boxes are completely inaccessible. Maybe you can’t make duct connections to the RTU because of the joist spacing. Maybe you can stop worrying about these “what-ifs” and let us fix all of the “what-is”.

LYNDSEY MCKEEVER

Hi there!

My name is Lyndsey and I started Notorious VDC in 2024.

I graduated from NCSU with an Architecture degree in 2013, and have been working in the construction and engineering world ever since then.

I hold a CM-BIM and I love to solve complex problems, as well as to help people. In this industry I get to use creativity, critical-thinking, and logic, in order to bring these projects to life.

As a mother of three, a woman in STEM, and a business-owner, there is no challenge that can’t be overcome. I work diligently to save you time and money by solving problems before they ever make it to the field. My goal is to help succeed in constructing buildings that serve our community.
